Day 1 - Sunday / Tel Aviv - Casablanca

We will depart from Ben Gurion Airport on a direct flight to Casablanca. Upon landing, we will embark on a city tour, where we will admire the architecture from the French colonial era.

 We will see the wide boulevards and impressive buildings, visit the Grand Synagogue (Beth El), and stroll through the bustling market of Shuk Shar Markash (Bab Marrakesh). Finally, we will head to our hotel in Casablanca for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2 - Monday / Casablanca-Rabat-Meknes-Fez

After Shacharit and breakfast, we will continue to the capital city of Rabat, the kingdom's capital of Morocco. In the courtyard of the Royal Palace, in the mausoleum where the kings Mohammed V and his son King Hassan II are buried, and in the remnants of the giant mosque tower of Hassan, we will visit the picturesque Kasbah Oudaya. From the 12th century fortress built on a cliff, we will enjoy a view of the city of Sale and the Bouregreg River. We will continue to the imperial city of Meknes, from the 17th century, known as the "Jerusalem of Morocco." We will visit the Talmud Torah and the famous Royal Gate of Bab El Mansour. We will continue to Fez for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 3 - Tuesday / Fez

Today will be dedicated to the city of Fes, considered one of the oldest preserved imperial cities in the world. We will take a tour of the old city and its winding alleyways and travel back in time through the centuries in the Tunnel of Time. We will visit the home of the great eagle, Rabbi Moses Maimonides, may his memory be blessed, and admire the ancient palaces and madrasas. We will explore the bustling markets of the city, witness the work of the leather tanners, and see other craftsmen preserving their traditional arts. After our visit to the old quarter of Fez, we will travel to the Jewish quarter and see how Jews lived in this place for centuries.

 We will visit the burial site of the holy woman, Solika, and hear the story of the figure who became a symbol and exemplar for the Jewish community of Morocco. At the end of the tour, we will return to the hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4 - Wednesday / Fez-Ifrane-Ain Asrdoun-Beni Mellal

After Shacharit and breakfast, we will travel to the town of Beni Mellal. On the way, we will visit the town of Ifrane, known as the "Switzerland" of Morocco, located in the heart of the Middle Atlas Mountains. We will take a walking tour of the charming town. At the end of the tour, we will continue to Ain Asrdoun on the outskirts of Beni Mellal. After the tour, we will arrive at our hotel in the area for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 5 - Thursday / Beni Mellal-Lake Bin Elouidane-Ouzoud Waterfalls-Marrakesh

After Shacharit and breakfast, we will head towards the city of Marrakesh. On our way to Marrakesh, we will enjoy the view of the Tadla Plain and continue through Lake Bin Elouidane, one of the largest reservoirs in Morocco. We will then reach the Ouzoud Waterfalls, one of the largest waterfalls in Morocco, where we will take a walking tour of the nature reserve and admire the vineyards and water-powered flour mills. During our tour, we will encounter the free-roaming monkeys in the reserve. At the end of the tour, we will arrive at our hotel in Marrakesh for dinner and overnight stay. For those interested, we can take an exciting tour of Jemaa el-Fna Square, the most famous and bustling square in Morocco, where snake charmers, fortune tellers, storytellers, and future tellers can be found.

Day 6 - Friday / Marrakesh - Ourika Valley

 After Shacharit  and breakfast, we will head to the Ourika Valley, located at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains and fed by the melting snow. On the way, we will see picturesque Berber villages and stop for panoramic views of the villages nestled on the mountain slopes. 

We will visit the holy site of Rabbi Shlomo Belhassen, may his memory be blessed, and continue to a typical Berber house to get a close look at their way of life. We will stop for a break at one of the cafes located on the riverbanks. At the end of the tour, we will return to the hotel to prepare for Shabbat. Prayer and Shabbat dinner.

Day 7 - Saturday / Marrakesh

After Shacharit and a festive Shabbat meal, we will go on a walking tour with the group's guide in the hotel area. Following that, we will attend an impressive Berber show called "Fantasy of Ali," a traditional Berber folklore performance that combines acrobatics, horseback riding, and breathtaking aerial stunts.

Day 8 - Sunday / Marrakesh

After Shacharit  and breakfast, we will embark on a tour to explore the various sites of the city of Marrakesh. We will visit the Jewish Mellah, where thousands of Jews lived for centuries, and its centerpiece, the ancient synagogue from the Spanish expulsion era. We will continue with a tour of the vibrant markets of Marrakesh, immersing ourselves in the lively atmosphere.

 We will also have the opportunity to familiarize ourselves with the traditional Berber pharmacy, offering traditional remedies. Finally, we will collect our experiences and travel to Casablanca airport for our return flight home to Tel Aviv.

Day 1 – Tuesday / Tel Aviv Marrakesh

We will flight from Tel Aviv to Marrakesh . After the landing will go to hotel in Marrakesh –

Day 2 - Wednesday / Marrakesh to Casablanca

After Shacharit and breakfast, we will visit the traditional Berber pharmacy, offering traditional remedies, and be impressed by the Kasbah in Marrakesh. After the tour, we will make our way to Casablanca, where we will explore the city and admire the architecture from the French colonial era. We will see the wide boulevards and impressive buildings, visit the Grand Synagogue (Beth-El), and take a stroll through the bustling Marché Central (Central Market) in Casablanca.

Finally, we will return to our hotel in Casablanca for an evening meal and overnight stay.

Day 3 - Thursday / Casablanca-Rabat-Meknes-Fez

After breakfast, we will continue to the capital city of Rabat, the kingdom's capital, and explore the grounds of the Royal Palace, the Mausoleum where the kings Mohammed V and his son Hassan II are buried, and the remnants of the colossal Hassan Tower Mosque. We will also visit the picturesque Kasbah of the Udayas, dating back to the 12th century, perched on a cliff overlooking the city of Sale and the Bouregreg River. 

Next, we will proceed to the imperial city of Meknes, known as the "Jerusalem of Morocco," built in the 17th century. We will visit the Talmud Torah and the famous Bab Al-Mansour gate.

Finally, we will make our way to Fez for an evening meal and overnight stay.

Day 4 - Friday / Fez

Today will be dedicated to the ancient city of Fez. It is considered one of the oldest preserved imperial cities in the world. We will conduct a tour of the ancient city and its winding alleyways, taking a journey back in time hundreds of years. We will visit the home of the great eagle, Rabbi Moses Maimonides, observe the ancient palaces and courtyards, and wander through the markets of the city, witnessing the work of the bursaqim and other traditional artisans who preserve their crafts.

After our visit to the ancient quarter of Fez, we will travel to the Jewish quarter to see how Jews lived in this place for centuries. We will visit the burial site of the holy woman, Elah Solika, and hear the story of the figure who became a symbol and exemplar for the Jewish community of Morocco.

At the end of the tour, we will return to the hotel to prepare for Shabbat. Prayer and a festive Friday night meal will follow.

 After prayer and the Shabbat meal, we will embark on a guided walking tour in the vicinity of the hotel

Day 6 - Sunday / Pas - Ifrane - Ain Asrdoun - Beni Mellal

After Shacharit  and breakfast, we will travel to the town of Beni Mellal. On the way, we will visit the town of Ifrane, known as "Little Switzerland" of Morocco, nestled in the heart of the Middle Atlas Mountains. We will take a walking tour of this charming town. After the tour, we will continue to Ain Asrdoun on the outskirts of Beni Mellal.

At the end of the tour, we will arrive at our hotel in the area for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 7 - Monday / Beni Mellal - Bin El Ouidane Lake - Ouzoud Waterfalls - Marrakesh

After Shacharit  and breakfast, we will head towards our main destination, Marrakesh. On our way to Marrakesh, we will have a panoramic view of the Tadla Plain and continue through Bin El Ouidane Lake, one of Morocco's significant reservoirs. Next, we will reach the Ouzoud Waterfalls, one of the largest waterfalls in Morocco. We will take a walking tour of the preserved area, observing vineyards and water-powered flour mills.

During our tour, we will encounter monkeys in the preserve. At the end of the tour, we will arrive at our hotel in Marrakesh.

For those interested, we will also embark on an intriguing tour of Djemaa El Fna Square, the most famous and bustling square in Morocco, where snake charmers, fortune tellers, storytellers, and more create a vibrant atmosphere.

Day 8 - Tuesday / Marrakesh - Ourika Valley

After Shacharit  and breakfast, we will head to the Ourika Valley, nestled at the foot of the High Atlas Mountains, and witness its waters flowing from the snow-capped peaks. Along the way, we will see Berber villages and make stops to observe villages perched on the mountainsides. We will visit the holy site of Rabbi Shlomo Belhassen (may his memory be a blessing), continue to a typical Berber house, and get a close look at the way of life of the Berber people.

We will visit the Jewish quarter where thousands of Jews lived for hundreds of years, and in its heart, the ancient synagogue from the time of the expulsion from Spain. We will explore Marrakesh's markets, gather our experiences, and travel to Marrakesh Airport for our return flight home to Tel Aviv.
